ZFYH Cam is an application that provides convenient dashcam video viewing and management services. We understand the importance of your personal information and take it seriously. When you contact us through the feedback feature of "ZFYH Cam", we collect the personal information you submit (such as email address, issue description, etc.) in order to understand your problem and provide appropriate technical support.

While you use this application, we may collect device-related information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, etc.) for application stability monitoring and performance optimization. Such information does not include content that can directly identify you.
1.3 Information You Authorize Us to Access
"ZFYH Cam" requires access to your location and photo album permissions to connect to the dashcam WIFI and save audio/video files locally. These permissions are only activated after you have granted authorization. You can disable them at any time in iOS system settings.
2.1 The information we collect is used only for the following purposes: to provide you with relevant functional services, handle your feedback and inquiries, optimize application performance and user experience, and ensure the secure and stable operation of the application.
2.2 Without your consent, we will not use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy. If we need to change the purpose of use, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent again.
2.3 We may aggregate and anonymize the collected information for statistical purposes. Such anonymized data is no longer considered personal information, and we have the right to retain and use it for reasonable purposes.
